Hoa đậu biếc rửa sạch, nấu sôi 1 lít nước thả hoa đậu biếc vô nấu cho ra màu rồi vớt hoa ra. Nếp vo sạch đổ vô nước hoa đậu biếc đang sôi, thêm 1 muỗng cà phê muối vô. Làm nóng lò 200° 10 phút, xếp gà vô khay nướng, cho khay vô rảnh giữa nướng 30 phút rồi đưa lên rãnh trên cùng nướng thêm 10 phút là gà chín. Gà chín, xôi chín giờ chỉ việc bày lên mâm và thưởng thức. * Lưu ý : sốt ướp gà đem nấu sôi nếm vừa ăn để chấm xôi cũng sẽ ngon.
