No. Unless you absolutely KNOW that she feels the same about you, you don't do that. If you'd still pursue her, ask her out, properly, see if she agrees and if it leads anywhere, though i would advise against it. A: If it fails, it'll backfire horribly, as you probably can't avoid work, right? B: You say she's a good friend, if it fails, that part is probably tainted (if not gone completely) as well. IMHO you shouldn't but if you do, be sure you realize what consequences might lie ahead and don't whine about it afterwards.

If you want things to work out, don't tell them about your "feelings" that's just another way to say that you've either stalked them or lusted after them. Instead get to know them, invite them to non-work related activities. Build a relationship based on experience and conversations about the world at large and each of your own personal worlds (your view/scope of the world). Then you won't just be a weirdo asking for a relationship. You'll be a partner in a relationship you built together.

There was this co-worker that I did get pretty along with and outside work as well. One day I just figured, why not give it a shot? And asked her out on a date. Clicked so well I could beat my head why we did not try this earlier. She is now my gf for about a year. Work is not a problem since we work in different parts of a shift rotation system (24/7 service). My advice? Just go on date, try it out a couple times. Leading nowhere? You know where you stand. Leading somewhere? Great! Just be sure your workplace policies allow such a thing or that could be a kick back.

Been there, done that. I got what I want tho. My advice, I used some pyschological techniques so that she will like me back. When I flirt with her, I used some subjects focusing on what she likes, making it look like that I am interested in what she likes. But of course, admit somethings that you don't relate to. I used this to disguise my flirting so she will want to talk to me because she is tired of all the obvious flirtings. Then adjust on what she can give you at the time, like texting, chat, calls, eating together, etc. GIve her space. By the time I confessed that I like her, she likes me back. I told her that I used psychology so I can get her, eveything I did, I explained to her. She was shocked and amazed at the same time. She was really impressed. This seems unreal but it is up to you if you will believe me or not.
