Nấm mèo đen ngâm nước ấm nóng trong 30 phút cho nở mềm rồi vớt ra rửa sạch với nước lạnh. Luộc nấm mèo khoảng 3 phút rồi vớt ra cho qua nước lạnh rồi để ráo, cắt miếng vừa ăn. Hành tây cắt miếng nhỏ, ớt cắt lát, ngò cắt nhỏ. Cho tất cả nguyên liệu vào tô lớn.
Làm nước sốt: cho tỏi băm, 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh giấm đen, 1/2 muỗng canh dầu mè, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, khuấy đều. Rưới nước sốt vào tô nấm hành tây, trộn thật đều cho thấm. Gắp salad ra dĩa và thưởng thức thôi nè.
